I would give no star if I could! the customer service in the Tuskegee office is terrible! My mother went into the office this morning Ms. Angela Cowan rudely spoke to her as if she was a child. This office lack the basic people and customer service skills. I will be getting in touch with someone from the corporate office. This is not acceptable!!
