Usually Walgreens is a good place to shop and get medications. The store has great specials, especially on make-up and paper products. But you can use the app or website and order those products online, completely bypassing this store. However, when you need to get your prescriptions, you have to deal with this store and the extremely rude, ignorant employees who work there, especially in the pharmacy. If you try to call to get your refills delivered, the pharmacy staff regularly picks up calls after waiting on hold (sometimes for, several minutes, only to put you back on hold again. No talking to a person here. Just a constant cycle of holding, hear click as someone live picks up call, only to be returned to hold again. Then the process cycles again and again. I've waited for over 20 minutes on several occasions like this. Or after holding, they simply hang up on you. It's like the employees don't want to help you. They don't even want to talk to you. They also do NOT accommodate seniors or disabled people. My husband and I are both. He needed a specific prescription delivered as we have no car and can't get to the pharmacy to get our medications. The , employee we dealt with, Tiffany, refused to make the necessary accommodations to deliver the prescriptions. We asked for a manager and she said I am the manager. She would not listen to our needs and simply hung up on us. She was extremely rude. Please note there is 1 employee who works in the pharmacy who is excellent. Dorothy is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra for all customers. The problem is Dorothy only works on Mondays. So if you have a problem and you need it fixed, call Dorothy Mondays.

Pharmacy reviews make complete sense now at 3.1. Doctor called in prescription at 5:05pm and I called to ask if they could allow me to pick up right before they close. Pharmacist denied saying they have to do paperwork and it’s literally a click and grab a box off shelves. I am a high risk and need this med so I don’t get worse and the pharmacist obviously doesn’t have skills to take care of people that are in need of meds. Shame on Walgreens and pharmacist.

Rude pharmacist in drive through, finished transaction before I could finish and blamed me for it, not cool. Got a call that my prescription was ready before showing up yet they didn’t have any of them ready, confusing. It took forever to finish the two transactions he made.

No customer service, need I say more. Practice is not taken seriously, very unprofessional service. I called at noon and updated information for meds, had tech update and activate text alerts. Took 6 hours to figure out they hadn’t done their job correctly nor given a call back once altered meds didn’t get processed correctly. Called back to find out none of the information provided on the first call was updated. They ran my secondary insurance that was NOT authorized (to make job easier for them) which delayed prescribed meds. No efficiency , no communication , most importantly no accountability. No one cared about such experience. It’s alarming to experience this situation at a pharmacy- I can only imagine those with no voice and urgent life threatening medical needs. I hope this brings light to this location - your service and dedication to this field impacts the community’s well-being more than you think and care to show.

I called twice, on hold for 10 minutes each time, calls are taken off hold and put back on hold 4 times to check on prescription that wouldn't populate in phone system..Came to pharmacy, waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged where the customer behind me tells me she's been redirected to hold 3 times and decided to come in person also. Front staff had attitude, didn't acknowledge anyone in line. There are 9 people in line as I speak. We have all been waiting 20 minutes in line at this point. Do not come to this pharmacy, it's last magic left when pharmacy hours changed and is no longer 24 hrs. It's poorly staffed, the staff there are over worked and had bad attitudes as a result. Not the best to have when you have ill folks waiting in line for meds because the phone nor app worked...Dorothy was an angel and handled the line.

DO NOT COME HERE. Just spent 45 mins filling out paper work for my daughters vaccination just for the pharmacist to tell me he has to go to lunch. Informed him my appointment was 45 mins ago and he just said sorry. The lack of professionalism with this location specifically is saddening. Don’t walk in here not worth the stress.

We are passing through Tucson on our way to Phoenix and we needed to get a medicine filled for our dog. The staff in the pharmacy was awesome. Apparently the one she takes has been discontinued so they took the time to call our vet in Texas and get it straightened out. Definitely recommend!
