No communication with the people they are supposed to be caring for, a lack of respect and understanding from staff at all levels and very poor planning/organising resulting in care needs/visits not being met frequently. Excuses given left right and centre and false promises of things getting better or changing. Avoid at all costs if you actually want a care agency that cares! I would give zero stars if I could!

I'm stillhaving awful problems with the call times, even on the sheets they email out to me. they don't seem to care about the clients they have. i am a stroke patient and therefore need care as i can't dress or undress myself. i also take medication that includes a muscle relaxant and anti-depressants. All they say to me when I phone them is that norfolk cc knows of the problems that they are facing with the carers they have, and they are sorry. but this doesn't help me.

My husband was cared for 6 years and every one of the carers were exceptional In his care.They respected his wishes , at all times even when he could be uncooperative they respected his wish to be as independent ..hes now passed those last few days each and ever one of them were a great support to me

Staff are well trained through a 6 day induction programme, the company invest in their staff

a very intense training week I feel as if everything was touched upon to a level I feel most comfortable to work with. All the staff I’ve met have made me feel welcome and confident in asking for help and at no point have I felt discouraged and belittled for asking questions
