Breathe Technology

1 star as zero isn’t an option. I've had to edit a previously positive review. I requested a DSAR from previous employer - Strategy Insights (requested during my employment) and Breathe were working with the SLT at Strategy Insights to accommodate this. The requested information has not been forthcoming, it's July and the requested DSAR was in March 2025. I've been sent empty files, redacted files, asked to replicate fake access to empty files and my email address not registered on the system to access my lawful request. It is my belief that the process has been intentionally sandbagged, my time has been wasted and legal DSAR and GDPR laws broken. Previously I had experiences which were blemish free. Now, I don't not and cannot recommend Breathe Technology as external resources which are dependable given the DSAR experience and the lack of adherence to lawful request and regulations covering those requests. I can actually write a comment that is worth reading! Breathe support team is not only easily accessible, but also efficient, extremely polite, and super helpful. It is quite rare to discover an IT support team that addresses issues so quickly that you can continue working remotely with no struggle. An utter pleasure to deal with - even if you're a techno-idiot like me! Friendly, efficient, trustworthy, patient, and they also work hard to make everything work brilliantly. In particular I'd like to thank Jorge for managing my order and getting all the details he needed without making me feel stupid (!) Plus Ian did an amazing job on installation. Avoid, since Monday out of service, I understand 1 day, but couple of days without internet it's a joke.

What a great day out. The air was clean . The food was good . We even seen a grass snake . The green houses were awesome
