The DS Group

Last Summer I needed to obtain a popup for my new business Takeley Chiropractic Limited for an event that I was exhibiting at. I was really impressed when I contacted Janda with my order, the service was quick and she made sure the product was delivered to me well ahead of the required date.

We have always received such a fantastic service from Direct Solutions and nothing is ever too much trouble. All the staff are so polite and friendly and it really is an absolute pleasure doing business with them! Their turnaround time on orders always amazes us and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service.

We've been using DS Group (was Direct Solutions) for several years and couldn't be happier with their service and quality of all their work. We have tried others before but the level of personalised service and consistency of their products is unmatched. Often we need print on an urgent turnaround and they have always gone out of their way to get them to us quickly. Russell and Allistair are always available to help us when we need it and are happy to guide us with many bespoke print and signage requirements that are new to us. Their publication team are also on top of their game and work magic with magazines and digital content. Highly recommended company!

We always receive great service and brilliant value from the DS Group. Tracy and the team always go over and above to deliver a top notch job for the University whether that's on direct mail, design/print or promotional items. We'd whole heartedly recommend!

I contacted Janda and the Direct Solutions team as we were holding an event and were looking for a local, professional design and print service to assist with our marketing. The team went well out of their way to accommodate us, even dropping off some of the products to our other service providers door to ensure everything was ready on time! Our event attendees commented that the printed marketing they produced was of an exceptionally good quality, and it really helped to make our event the success it was. Great value too!

Excellent service from start to finish. A big thanks to Russell for always getting back to us quickly and looking after our projects. Great to be able to support another local supplier. Highly recommend.

The service I receive from The DS Group is 5*. Allistair always goes above and beyond to make sure my orders are fulfilled on time and often to very short deadlines. The whole team are friendly, professional and quick to respond to my requests, and the quality of products is always spot on. Highly recommended.

After winding down my London design consultancy I looked for a local company to handle my printing and promotional requirements. Leo, now Direct Solutions have provided that service completely. Competitive pricing, quality work, friendly people - nothing is too much trouble - and above all they meet or beat my sometimes tight deadlines – perfect!
