KFC Durham

Being a loyal customer at this location I was more than happy until last week when I ordered a sharing bucket menu with 10 pieces without bones. After picking up the order, I had the inspiration to check what a bag was and I noticed that there was no Pepsi bottle and no sachet of ketchup or/and mayonnaise. I asked about this and it was resolved immediately. When I got home I discovered that there were only 9 pieces of meat and not 10. I hope it was just a counting mistake. But overall an ok place and much cleaner than other locations.

This place is a joke ! Every time I go there is something wrong or missing. £38 on 4 meals 2 of them large and some extra wings. One more person in the restaurant we still had to wait over 15 minutes seemed more interested in the just eat orders. Asked the kid who served me if everything was definitely there including dips he told me for sure yes but gave me extras just in case good job as they were missing in one of the boxes as well as one piece of chicken and my extra hot wings, both large fries box had less in than the small ones and one of the burger had the most pathetic wafer thin burgers I’ve ever seen. Staff and food from here are terrible won’t waste any more money here.

Drive thru. Person who took my order was friendly and polite. Burger was juicy and hot. Chips were fine. Would come again. I'd advise visiting during peak times as there's more turnover.

Me and my partner went to get some food, as I went to order a rice box they said they weren’t doing them. I went on to ask for a supercharger wrap in which we had to wait 20 minutes for even though no one else was in front of us. Furthermore, as I went to have my wrap it didn’t come as it usually would, it looked like it had been rationed. We ordered later on so the staff would have been late night staff.

Ordered a boneless banquet tonight for my family It was bad enough that all of the pieces of chicken had bones in, but disgustingly worse that one piece of chicken was half a chickens rib cage with a whole rack of bones and a huge rock hard thick bone. Complained and was only given £2.79 which will take 5 working days to go in my account. Won't be ordering from them again. I wish I'd read the other diabolical Google reviews before I ordered.

Generally I enjoy a KFC, and the food today was once again great (albeit given the wrong item). We ordered through the drive-thru and waited a considerably long time. Someone else was given our order, and a member of staff was unfortunately wandering around the car park looking to give an order to someone else. We did eventually get our order (apologies as I was quite irate due to the mistake with our original order being given to someone else and went into the shop with the intention to just get a refund after waiting for about fifteen minutes) and the food was great - we did order one beans, one gravy and received two gravies to the disappointment of my daughter but she will live! A bit of constructive feedback - to stop instances like this happening again to others I would advise writing the last three letters of the car’s reg down on the receipt upon payment. McDonald’s do this and it seems to work well.

Food was hot and fresh and speed of service was amazing but 1 person stud of with is helpfulness and great customer service was Leo the Best staff member at Thinford credit to the company

Food was lovely and hot. My husband and I got there and we liked to order our food by the main till. 3 staff walked passed till totally blanked us. Just after 3rd member staff doing that I said to husband if we not served in 2 minutes we take our service elsewhere. Person who serves us snapped asked if been served. When I said no she went what do you want? I asked for items politely. This member staff didn't smile, wasn't polite or nothing. While we sat in restaurant we watched how other staff go on. One member staff touch face and hair and didn't wash her hands before touching food order. This put me off going there again in hurry. I was pleased we finished our food when I saw that happen. Has well member of staff taking bag full rubbish through the kitchen area.
