I used ASM for my container delivery. They were absolutely spot on with regards to communication from the day I specified requirements. Their email responses were immediate and where needed they would call and clarify. They explained the process before I arranged for the transportation of the container and inspected my documents to see if they were compliant. All in all, a very trouble free experience of one of the most crucial parts in the chain for my small business. Their charges were clearly explained and reasonable when compared with others. Container arrived on time on the nominated day and I'd recommend ASM for making that process super smooth and hassle free for me.

Spoke to Mohammed several times, sent requested information regarding clearance of a small shipment. All of a sudden cancelled everything, said he was too busy and put down the phone. Fair enough if they don't want the business or busy with other clients but there are more professional ways of doing this. Update 18/09 - Response This is not true. Why would I or anyone bother to make a review of a freight services business if they were not a genuine customer? I was a returning customer, I have all details from previous transactions and emails. I am happy to post information on your reviews that I am, or was a client, but I had no interest in unnecessarily harming your business. In any case, on this occasion ASM was not interested in clearing my consignment for whatever reason. Which is fine. However, my enquiry was terminated in an abrupt and unprofessional manor. That's the simple fact. I would add that my previous experiences with ASM were OK.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Experience with Mo at ASM Freight Services Working with Mo was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He made the entire freight process seamless and stress-free—breaking down each step with clarity and professionalism. Mo personally handled all the required customs paperwork with impressive efficiency, and even went the extra mile by coordinating the delivery of our custom totes directly to our London location. It’s rare to find a broker who’s not only knowledgeable, but genuinely easy to work with. Mo exemplifies what outstanding service looks like, and ASM Freight Services should be proud to have him on their team. Highly recommended—one of the best and easiest brokers we’ve worked with. Thank you from KLUCK POS and Cary H.
