I went online and notified them that I'd be there in an hour. I got there around 5 minutes before the expected time, and everything happened extremely quickly. The lady at the front desk was nice enough and processed me quickly. Then, when I was done filling out my information, I was called back to a room less than a minute later. I was helped very quickly, and the service was nice.

I feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome when I come to this clinic. Dr. Always give a "why are you here, you'rea nuisance" kind of face and will make you feel like if you're asking stupid questions and makes you feel bad if you're not sure about the suggested medication.

the worst experience i’ve ever had at a doctors office. nurse wouldn’t let me explain what was wrong with me, doctor seemed to blow everything off and act as if it was an inconvenience i was there. do not recommend.

If you have access to Teledoc, just use that instead. I went here because I thought it would be good to see a doctor in person. I waited for hours just to see a provider for less than fifteen minutes and be told that I should just wait it out. Then I was charged $400. Meanwhile, a week later after I was still feeling sick, I had a Teledoc appointment. It cost $50; there was no wait, and that doctor gave me a simple solution that worked wonders very quickly. If you have a choice, do not go here. Edit: I just saw the coding on my statement and it was coded as a 30-minute appointment. Maybe that is just standard coding, but it most definitely was not 30 minutes. I don’t have any way of proving that though, so I suppose I’m just sol.

I’ve been here 4 times because it’s the closest to my house. Wait time is always almost double what they say it’ll be and the care received is nothing too special either. Would not recommend and do not plan on returning in the future. I’d save time to drive to the next town and get into their quick care.

Came in for abdominal pain and had 5 other patients in front of me. Waited over 2 hours to be roomed. Waited another 20+ minutes for the nurse practitioner to come in. Her assessment was she can't do nothing much but to refer me to the Emergency Department. Why couldn't she have triaged and made that assessment instead of keeping me over 2.5 hrs in pain to send me away without any assistance. Most incompetent care.

The waiting room was clean and quiet. We were in and out quickly, the staff was friendly and professional. We saw the nurse practitioner, who took the time to explain details and treatment. I was very pleased and would gladly use this clinic again if necessary.

Wonderful, caring staff! From check-in to check-out was great. A bit of a wait, but I was a walk-in and it was anticipated (unable to reserve a spot online 2hrs before closing). Their website is fairly accurate on how many people are currently there waiting to be seen. Be prepared to answer questions on a tablet and update insurance info. Allie was the doctor I saw, she was thoughtful, personable and patient. She thoroughly explained everything and gave suggestions to relieve symptoms. Thank you all.
