Rapid Formations

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Averil was incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. She was quick to respond to my questions and kept me informed at every stage. Thanks to her outstanding support, the whole process was stress-free. I would highly recommend this company — and especially Averil — to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality service.

This activity was straight forward and took much of the complexity out of task. There are many little additional tasks that are helped to be done with minimum difficulty, e.g. setting up a bank account or referencing to the inland revenue and a bank account. It costs a bit more but well worth it.

I recently used Rapid Formations to set up a UK company while based overseas, and the process was much smoother than I expected. The team was helpful, responsive, and made sure I understood each step clearly. Special thanks to George, Zainab, and Kayla, who assisted throughout the process and kept things moving efficiently. The service felt well-organised, and I appreciated the clear communication and timely updates. Highly recommended for anyone looking to form a company in the UK with ease.

The service I received from the representative, Georgina, was excellent. Her depth of knowledge and patience provided me with the necessary tools to effectively decide which product was best suited for my purposes, answering all my questions along the way in a clear and compenduous manner.

George assisted me in starting a new company. It was a really straightforward and rapid process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and an expert in his field. I recommend to anyone wishing to start a new business to let these guys handle all the details and save yourself the trouble.

Used Rapid Formations to set up a UK company from overseas — smooth and easy process. Special thanks to Madel, Justin, and Judee for their clear, efficient support. Highly recommended.

I had a terrifying experience with Rapid Formations. Their claim of completing company formations within 24 hours is the biggest lie — it’s been over 3 weeks, and they still haven’t processed my documents. The compliance team is extremely unhelpful and inconsistent. First, they asked for a stamped bank document as address proof, and after I went through the trouble of getting it, they rejected it and said they needed a utility bill instead. It feels like they’re just wasting time and not interested in resolving anything efficiently. Definitely not the smooth process they advertise.

guys, they are fast! And very supportive. I'm filling that I have a great partner here with them. Very recommended.
