Warner Super Service

We needed some work done to sell our home and Warner came in super handy during a critical part of the process. They were responsive, fair priced, and trustworthy. We would definitely use them again.

Warners aka Real Plumbers have been an integral part of my life toolkit for 20 years. They’re reliable, fast, very well priced and just super nice humans. The equipment they use lasts and lasts and their work is excellent. I mean it’s guaranteed but I’ve never had cause to test that.

Thanks Kevin and the real plumbers crew for rescuing me from severe water damage. Came quickly to assess and resolve a faulty release valve next day. Service was thorough. Thanks again. Hoping to contact State Heaters to compensate the service cost due to the faulty part that is still under warranty.

I called for an emergency service on a Friday afternoon and they showed up Saturday morning did a fantastic job. Price was reasonable and workmanship was excellent. Explain to me everything they were doing and would use them again and recommend them.

Great service and great people! The team was really knowledgeable and helpful. One thing that always sticks out to me is when technicians give me a recommendation of what can be done, tell me the risks, and then give me an honest assessment for why they would (or would not) have the work performed if they were in my shoes. There was work we agreed was "nice to have" but not necessary. You can bet I'll be back to them when it is!! Sean

We have used Warner Plumbing for over 5 years for all the plumbing needs of our Alexandria condo from new HVAC to HW heater, plumbing fixtures, and leaks. It is a well run company. They respond quickly, notify us prior to arrival ,and are efficient and neat with what they do. Dave Warner , the owner, is a Gem of a man and personally has responded to several emergencies immediately. His entire staff are skilled and professional and we have always been satisfied with the work they have completed for us . I I highly recommend Warner Plumbing!

Both technicians were phenomenal and were able to identify the problems with my faucets within minutes. Unfortunately, the cost of repair was a bit too steep for my budget, but they were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend if you want a professional job to be done and done well.

The manager of Real Plumbers, Dave Warner took my.call to verify that there were no leakages contributing to an extraordinarily high water bill. Finding none, he did a complete review and assessment of the conditions of all water outlets in the house. I have been with Real Plumbers for 32 years and my first plumbing emergency resulted from a Water company faulty pipe line.. Dave Warner the pluming company manager personally took that call and advised on an open class action remedy, saving me much money. This has been my experience with Real Plumbers over 32 years experience. Always professional with a personal touch. Col. James Dandridge II USA (r)

Ok when I say on point on point……called on a Saturday when they are normally closed. A few hours later I received a call back and immediately set up an appointment for Monday to fix a plumbing leak. Monday came and the Technician showed and fixed the issues. Very pleased with the professional and service. 💯 recommend this Company.
