Really great staff. From reception, to the nurses, and even the financial process was all professional n very smart. I wasn't sure wat to expect going in but I had a great visit. Never kept waiting beyond the appointment time , all my questions carefully considered n answered. Never any pressure to do anything. It's honestly a sound model for how any medical office should structure their business.

Went to your facility months ago. All your commercials sound really good. But you forget to inform customers about test dose..namely having to Shoot Up yourself with needles.Not for me !

**Scam service** Called for information about services and after saying I was not interested. I received a text notification that my appointment was confirmed. Also very hesitant on telling me prices, I had to ask several times **Scam service**

I was having some issues related to low Testosterone. I did some research and found NEMH . I called and then I was quickly introduced to Ricky and his team over at NEMH. Let’s just say from where I was to where I am now I cannot thank them enough. I feel amazing . Ricky was straightforward and to the point. He knew exactly what I needed and the results are amazing. Anyone who asks why I look so healthy I just tell them straight up I’m on TRT and I feel amazing . Go see Ricky and his crew at NEMH! Hands down the best! Let’s goooooo!!!

In April 2024, I went for ED and Testosterone consult. Paid for treatment plan and received ED test dose. Six hours later I had emergency surgery at a local hospital due to NE Men's Health mistakes. I have found them to be unethical, grossly incompetent and they maintain a cya stance if something goes wrong. Their advertising should include possible negative side effects including a patient that gets a priapism like me I contacted them and their response was to have their lawyer send me a letter. The treatment may work for many people but possible side effects should be explained in an upfront, honest manner but that may not be possible with this company.

Had an introductory PCP meeting and information about what I needed to provide was withheld until 30 minutes prior to the meeting and the office canceled the appointment after they called to let me know (although I went out of my way to get the needed documents). Very unprofessional

Absolutely the best there are. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, they make you feel as comfortable as ever. The knowledge I left with was unlike ever before. Every single question answered thoroughly and I was left feeling relieved I had a team that cared. Currently on week 6 of a program custom made just for me and I have never felt this healthy and like my true self in years. On top of a great first visit, their team is always available whenever I have a question and they regularly check in to on me. I can’t stress enough how personable and supportive they are. Can’t wait for years of being a proud member of the northeast men’s family because that it exactly how you feel leaving.

I came into game day as a 29-year-old just wanting to get my testosterone levels checked. I work out regularly and wanted to make sure my levels were where they should be. The process was simple and very quick , they ran the bloodwork, and it turned out I was actually on the low side for my age. The team explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and put together a treatment plan to get me back in the optimal range. Very nice staff highly recommend going in and getting on track.

I’ve got a few health issues that involve treatments that drain my body of both bad stuff and good stuff. I get my “good stuff” replenished at Northeast Men’s Health. It helps me sleep and maintain a sex life I never thought I would have in my late 50’s.

This clinic is the best I had so many iss8ues they have treated me so well my whole life has changed my life for the best I have a relationship now and it has been outstanding Rosa is great Dave Ricky and tequila all the girls at the office I cannot say enough about this clinic and all the prices are up there but they help with that but they are very good thank you for them and being there for me I was very depressed when this happen and it has changed thank you

Extremely nice and thorough people...Highly recommend....men tend to slack on their own health!
