Love the employees because they are always friendly and helpful. You are most always greeted when you come in and told to have a good day when you leave. Clean. They are always putting up more stock. It pretty quick to run in and get a few things. Parking is good. Prices are excellent. Good to excellent experience eveytime!!

I just had the most pleasant experience at this dollar general. I was strolling around getting my Christmas wrapping supplies and the cashier was so kind to everyone. She spoke to every single person that walked through the door and even asked if she could help with toting things to peoples car when their hands were full. I asked for her name when I got to the front and told her how much I enjoyed listening to her interact with customers. Janine, you deserve a raise and you are going to do great things. The world needs more people like you. You made my day.

went in there to look around for certain items 3 nights this week and employees watching me as if im trying to shoplift and had security watch me. Not happy and probably not going back. Not acceptable

Everytime i go in here its a lot of great friendly workers. But the one thing i have noticed that the manager is always away or in the office not doing anything or either on her phone. Just don't get how the workers respect someone who just sits on their butt all day!! No wonder they always have help wanted papers. No one would want to work for a manager that doesn't do anything!

It's nice to see the new faces and attitudes at this store. Actually looks like changes are being made in the store. Seems to be getting more organized and clean. None of them have the crusty attitudes the last set of employees had.

Went to the dollar general on Airport Rd. Lancaster SC and that store was a total disaster. Trash and boxes in the floor. Shelves completely empty. And so many of those big containers full of trash and boxes of items... Don't know what they are called. Some of them were in the isles where you could get by. It was just terrible. I just walked out of the store. And also the isle where clothes and shoes are.. clothes in the floor and shoes everywhere. The store manager should be ashamed of letting a store get like that

This dollar general is lacking management and staff they are slow rude and steady running business out the door. Had one register opened and two employees standing there singing and going slowww as molasses. The line was backed all the way down the shampoi and medicine aisle and the employees just wanted to think it was funny standing there singing and talking amongst one another. Why weren't more registers opened.... why did it take both of them to bag... the register isn't big enough to have a seperate bagger....and the line was entirely too long to keep only one register open. Piss poor management and piss poor excuses of employees. Wont return until they clean up the entire staff
