She was very thorough in her assessment, patiently listened to all of my concerns, and provided valuable insights and a clear health plan. I felt comfortable and reassured throughout the visit. The reception staff are inexperienced and bad at dealing, They treat patients with disrespect and are very negligent in their work. They should be watched and taught to respect people. They treat patients like slaves.

From the front desk to the doctor, Inova offers the best patient care. Sanzetenea, my doctor, is the finest! She is incredibly competent at her work, considerate, and an excellent listener. I had a different doctor at a different place, and he used to rush things, and I wasn't even sure why the medications were prescribed sometimes. I'm merely providing an example, but I assure you that you will find it enjoyable! I appreciate your excellent service.

Nova patient care Is not professional not respectful at all. When I was sick first time I received more than 7 calls from 3 different people, on top of this they ask me to complete very long information in Clara App and then asked me to read and check other important information in a different website. I was feeling more sick than before and after all that one on the lady phoned me ( call no 8 ) to ask for the payment information. Today I had an appointment and when I arrived the front desk told “ oh doctor is not available and we left you a voice message “ actually I didn’t receive any calls or email regarding this appointment. A massage to the big boss if you don’t improve your system process and procedures, if you don’t respect customers time and needs. You will go out of business shortly. Your guys makes me more suffer more sick than before. This is the worst customer experience and customer expectations that I have ever have.

I made an urgent care appointment. They tried to make me a patient. I asked her aren't they urgent care Dr. Purnima Joshi she stated sort of but she wasn't a urgent care physician that she just work there on Saturdays. I went for a painful boil and she was trying to get labs on my kidney. I kept insisting that I already have a primary physician. She said she doesn't treat boils. She did give me an antibiotic and made an appointment with her husband for me. I left in pain. Plan to go to ER tomorrow. The front desk girl was unprofessionally rude. They had me waiting for 30min and to do labs for the lab tech to tell the medical assistant that she couldn't draw my labs cause it was time for her to go home. The staff are not professionally nice to each other

I've been to this location twice. All of the staff are very friendly and when I had blood drawn, Miguel was one of the best phlebotomists I've ever had. I couldn't feel the needle at all and I donate blood frequently. I plan to continue going here.

I walked in and was registered to wait my appointment was scheduled 4:40pm. I waited rather than go home and come back; the time was 2:30pm. I was seen before my appointment time. The front desk was very appropriate and the reception was highly professional. I am glad I met them. The nurse checked my weight, blood pressure/ vital signs. I was seen by the doctor who did a great job on me. He prescribed medicine and I got them from the pharmacy. I believe the team is good. I appreciate going there. Thanks.

I normally go to my primary healthcare facility in falls church. It was a holiday! I am so pleased that I chose this office for walk in care! Dr. Hensley was so personable , knowledgeable and gave me the best care. The staff was very pleasant. The office is immaculate! Yahoo!

While I can't speak on NOVA health as a whole, this practice off Columbia Pike is amazing. From front desk staff to nurses to the MD I saw, every single in-person interaction has been helpful and human. The health care system becomes more broken every day, but the staff here are forces for good. All are highly capable, nice people. Wish I could shout out more of them by name. Who is the guy with the warm demeanor and great sense of humor who uses a cane? When I was nervous to get labs done, he put me immediately at ease. Who is the front desk gal I cried in front of while having an insurance issue? She helped me (when she didn't have to) and was so real. But I need to especially shout out Dr. Carlos Hernandez Perez. He seemed young and didn't have a listed specialty in the medical area I seemed to be having issues with, so it was a gamble. But Dr. Carlos Perez Hernandez was immediately effective in exploring my unique problem, offering paths forward, adjusting for a co-morbid condition, and coordinating referrals to specialists. He gave me a clear, realistic, and informed understanding of my problem, which gave me hope for the first time in months. In addition to his efficacy, he was empathetic and understanding of emotions. He strikes me as an incredibly intelligent, perceptive, and kind doctor. The medical profession is lucky to have him. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Hernandez Perez and the rest of the folks at this location!

I highly recommend this location. Everyone is exceptional. I was seen by Dr Carlos Perez. He is awesome. He takes his time with his patients and truly cares . I wish I could give this place and Dr Perez a million stars. Keep up the great work! Thank you all !!!
