A huge book floor upstairs, with art materials tucked away. There were no staff upstairs to ask for help and some area were not accessible by wheelchair. Plenty of space in the aisles for wheeling around, just no one available to help access things I couldn't reach. Self service checkouts were quick.

Worst supervisor & staff I've ever met. Ripped me off at check out counter being served by elderly staff woman then young women in charge swapped labels as item was on wrong place. Disgusting! Refused to give there names & there id badges were facing wrong way!

Such a wide variety of items at an alright price, I found the jigsaw I was looking for amongst many other nice ones

Words evade me that I can use to describe the lack of customer care in this store. I have a disability and tried to call the store to see if they had an item in, no answer on all four attempts . So I travel to the store and ask a floor staff member who responded, over there somewhere. I asked to see the manager, I waited and waited for 20 minutes. I then called head office, auto answer with new number, I called the new number which gate me an email address. For a company that was driven to almost administration you would think they would be fine tuning there services but no, This business does not deserve to survive and to be honest I don't care if it does.

Overpriced and very slow service. Post office is badly integrated as you can't buy packages from Smith's to use for posting in the post office.

Large shop well laid out, we bought magazines to read on our holiday. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, tidy and lovely atmosphere. Wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible entrance. It was very hot outside but cool inside air-con. It was very busy.

Terribly understaffed on a busy holiday lunchtime. No apology for keeping us waiting. Poor service.

This is a great place to buy books. They have the latest books as well as really fun stationary and bags (they had one shaped like a sandwich and had rubbers with faces on etc). The prices are a bit steep, but the quality is really good. You can also buy average priced drinks and sweets. You can't drive to get here, you have to walk but there are also great shops around it. You can also buy books in sets for really good prices!
